1.1. How to install template

1.1.1. Create a Teamspace

A notion user who will be admin of the QT, needs to crate a teamspace.

1.1.2. Add Members

You need to add all co-works as a member. You may use notion official help pages for members settings.

1.2. “Findings” database

You need to give access permission for team space members. Without this permission only admin / manager can see findings database. You will see two different finding database after adding to favorites.

Number 1: This is a template database and there will be no data inside.

Number 2: This is data loader one. It is embedded in the audit plan. For reaching findings, you need to use this one.

1.2.1. Find “findings” database

You need to find hidden database to change permissions.

1. Create an audit report. Please use this link to create a sample report.
2. Add a finding. This link shows how to add a finding.
3. After adding a finding come back to audit report and just click over the finding. On the right upper corner on the pop-up window, you will see the findings database.

1.2.2. How to give permission to database

Just click on the “findings” database to open database. Please watch the video to open and give permission.
